I haven’t had this kind of customer service anywhere else. There was a problem with UPS and it wasn’t BETTS fault, and yet Jack was still trying to get the issue resolved by looking for the part elsewhere and such so I can get my customer up and rolling. He put so much effort and he kept trying to get me that new spindle. He didn’t find it and he kept on stressing over it until he thought about getting the spindle repaired and that’s what we did. Phenomenal service I’ll come to betts before I go to fleet pride.
