MILLIONS OF U-BOLTS
MADE SINCE 1970

WHY CHOOSE BETTS FOR YOUR
CUSTOM U-BOLTS?

At Betts Truck Parts & Service, we understand that your truck’s suspension system is critical to safety and performance. That’s why we manufacture custom U-bolts to your exact specifications using high-quality Grade 5 and Grade 8 materials.

Whether you’re installing a lift kit, replacing worn suspension components, or fabricating a custom truck body, our U-bolts are built to handle the load. We serve professional mechanics, fleet operators, and DIY enthusiasts across the nation.

Our made-to-order process ensures you get exactly what you need for applications including Ford, GMC, Chevy, Dodge, RAM, and more. With same-day or next-day fulfillment from our Fresno location, you won’t be waiting weeks for your parts.

Important: Always replace U-bolts when servicing leaf springs.
Reusing stretched or fatigued U-bolts can lead to axle shifting and
spring failure.

BENEFITS & ADVANTAGES

Why Betts U-bolts are the right choice for your suspension and fabrication projects

Never reuse u-bolts

Old U-bolts stretch and fatigue over time. Fresh U-bolts ensure proper clamping force and prevent axle shifting.

CUSTOM BENT TO SPEC

Round, square, or semi-round configurations available. We bend to your exact measurements for perfect fit.

GRADE 5 & GRADE 8 MATERIALS

3/8" to 9/16" available in Grade 5. 5/8" to 1 1/4" in Grade 8 for heavy-duty applications.

UNPLATED FINISH

Unplated construction allows for proper torque specs without risk of coating interference.

FAST NATIONAL SHIPPING

Ship to all 50 states from our Fresno warehouse. Same-day or next-day fulfillment on custom orders.

EXPERT MEASUREMENT GUIDANCE

Not sure how to measure? Our team provides detailed guidance to ensure accurate specifications.

CRITICAL MAINTENANCE REMINDER

Because U-bolts handle immense loads and vibrations, it is critical to replace U-bolts whenever you replace or repair your leaf springs. Reusing old, stretched-out U-bolts can lead to axle shifting and spring failure. Always use new U-bolts for safety and reliability.

U-bolts stretch and fatigue over time due to the immense loads and vibrations they handle. Reusing old U-bolts can lead to improper clamping force, axle shifting, and potential spring failure. Always install fresh U-bolts during suspension work for safety and reliability.
