Please provide our staff with as much information as possible, including the brand and part number, and a description of the part. For after-hours assistance with parts please use the contact form and include detailed information in the message section.
Request Service Appointments: Need maintenance or repairs? For faster service, please call your nearest branch during business hours to request a service appointment. You may also use the contact form to request your preferred service date and time. We know your time is valuable, and we’ll work to accommodate your schedule.

Be sure to wait for confirmation from a Betts TPS service manager. After you submit your request using the form, it will be reviewed by the branch service manager. We will contact you to confirm your appointment or to offer alternative times if your first choice is unavailable. When using the form to request an appointment, please allow us some time to get back to you (usually within one business day). If you do not hear from us within one business day please call the branch to confirm your service request was received.
