What's the difference between Grade 5 and Grade 8 U-bolts?
Grade 5 U-bolts run 3/8 inch to 9/16 inch rod diameter. Grade 8 U-bolts run 5/8 inch to 1 1/4 inch rod diameter, with torque ratings of 1,300 ft-lb, built for heavy commercial suspension applications. Please contact us if you are unsure which grade your application calls for.
