I haven\u2019t had this kind of customer service anywhere else. There was a problem with UPS and it wasn\u2019t BETTS fault, and yet Jack was still trying to get the issue resolved by looking for the part elsewhere and such so I can get my customer up and rolling. He put so much effort and he kept trying to get me that new spindle. He didn\u2019t find it and he kept on stressing over it until he thought about getting the spindle repaired and that\u2019s what we did. Phenomenal service I\u2019ll come to betts before I go to fleet pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
