Hubo un problema con UPS y no fue culpa de BETTS, y sin embargo Jack todav\u00eda estaba tratando de resolver el problema mediante la b\u00fasqueda de la pieza en otro lugar y tal para que yo pueda conseguir mi cliente en marcha. Puso tanto esfuerzo y sigui\u00f3 tratando de conseguirme ese nuevo husillo. No lo encontr\u00f3 y sigui\u00f3 d\u00e1ndole vueltas hasta que pens\u00f3 en reparar el husillo y eso es lo que hicimos.
